Toyota Canada surveys and polls customers that have visited dealerships not just in Castlegar and British Columbia, but all over Canada. The Pinnacle Award is given to the dealership with the best ratings from real customers in our category, just like you. Where have we won? Customer satisfaction.

Beating out all of the other BC Toyota Dealerships, we’ve accomplished our goal of excellence in customer satisfaction. Just like the Oscars (though not quite as star-studded), the Pinnacle Award is an annual honour and opportunity. While we’ve won for 2017, we aim to continue this trend in 2018 and beyond by providing the highest level of customer service out there.

Our pledge is simple. We aim to take the time that you have available to spend with us, treat it with respect, and accomplish your goals for that time. Upon visiting us, our professional sales team will ask you how much time you’re looking to spend at our dealership, as well as what you wish to accomplish during that time. Once we know these two important details we will help you do exactly that.

If you have thirty minutes on your lunch break to learn more about a 2018 Toyota Camry, we will make that happen. If you have an hour and want to look at a few different used vehicles and test drive one, we’ll make sure that the keys are ready. The same goes for longer visits: if your aim is to test drive a Toyota Tacoma, a Tundra, and a 4Runner over the course of a Sunday afternoon, we’ll make sure that you’re able to do just that.
