William is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and he's been with Castlegar Toyota for 10 years. A former Marine who rose to the rank of Sargent, William just doesn't get ruffled or sweat the small stuff. His easy-going style and deep commitment to helping customers find the right vehicle has twice earned him the Toyota Pinnacle Award for customer satisfaction and the Gold Award for best in business. William is married with two children, Linkin, 5, and Levi, 4, and in his spare time he absolutely loves camping in the great British Columbia outdoors with his wife and kids.
David comes to us from the storied town of Watson Lake, Yukon, home of historic mile 635 on the Alaska Highway and the Sign Post Forest. Although he is relatively new to the automotive retail business, he brings what is considered the most important attributes of a great product advisor -- the ability to listen carefully and understand and fulfill what his customers are asking. David served several years as a paramedic before joining us, so he's especially attuned to getting things done with conscientious and courteous professionalism. In his spare time, David likes to ski.
Kyle recently joined the team at Castlegar Toyota and he brings an impressive resume of retail management experience to bear on his work here. Exceptionally good-natured, social and helpful are key characteristics of his service background, and you can tell within the first few minutes of meeting him that he gives off good energy. He immediately makes people feel at ease, and he's gratified by getting to know his customer and having a genuine opportunity to address his or her needs and questions.
Darcy was a Product Advisor at Castlegar Toyota two years ago and, after a period in the Creston Valley, has happily returned to once again provide information and insights for customers on his favourite automotive brand. Originally from Portage la Prairie, MB, Darcy is a true automotive enthusiast, and his passion is quarter-mile race cars and performance upgrades. However, Darcy has been a Product Advisor for 13 years, and he believes his overall automotive experience plays an enormous part in making sure his customers and vehicles are perfectly suited to each other. In his spare time, Darcy enjoys the outdoors and has lately taken a serious interest in snowshoeing in the backcountry.
